Reservations

• All confirmed reservations must be accompanied by a reservation confirmation form
• A duly filled out guest information form must be submitted by guests within 72 hours of receiving their confirmation forms from Jabudays
• All reservations & cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@jabudays.com

Insurance

• A cover of up to 1,000,000 Baht per guest or as per Tourism Authority of Thailand guidelines is offered to guests and included in the quoted price
• Complete guest list required minimum 48 hours in advance of cruise for insurance purposes

Cancellation Policy

• 60 Days prior to cruise date – 100% refund
• Less than 60 days to 30 days prior to cruise date – 50% refund
• Less than 30 days prior to cruise date / No show – No Refund
• Cancelled by Jabudays – 100% refund on charter price

Payment Terms

• 50% Advance for confirmation of booking
• 50% 60 days prior to cruise
• All amounts due on alcoholic beverages or other supplementary costs towards add on services must be settled prior to disembarkation
• Payments accepted in cash or via bank transfer only
• Prices offered are subject to a minimum number of guests on board.  Any change in number of guests will affect the final charter rate on the day of the cruise
• A 7% VAT is applicable unless specified

Restrictions

• Program subject to change as per weather & tide conditions and Captain’s sole discretion
• Guests with food allergies to provide advance notice by 72 hours prior to cruise start time
• All damages to any yacht (including fixtures, chattels etc.) incurred during the charter are subject to replacement costs. Charges will be applied accordingly, once confirmation of damages is finalized
• Minors are deemed the full responsibility of accompanying adults
• Siolim Adventures Co., Ltd.  accepts no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, damage or any loss of valuables
• Siolim Adventures Co., Ltd.  reserves the right to refuse alcohol to guests
• No drugs or any illegal substances are allowed onboard any of Jabudays yachts
• All disputes are to be settled as per the laws governing The Kingdom Of Thailand under the jurisdiction of Bangkok, Thailand

• All prices quoted are in US$ unless specified
• For overnight cruises start and end point will be considered from each yachts home Marina
• Choices for cuisines and customized menus are available on request at a supplement charge
• Open bar packages and other alcoholic beverage packages are available on request
• All cruise programs may be customized to suit the guest’s needs
• Any cruising over and above the hours quoted will be chargeable and must be paid for prior to disembarkation
